Sick again...just lovely. Hopefully this one won't last nearly as long.
In the meantime, I have taken the liberty of e-mailing all of my students the lesson plan for the beginning of our spring units. Water and Lightning Elementals in particular need to be listening up, as the class will get more difficult with the rainy season.
Also, though it may seem tempting to play hero, I assure you all that the faculty IS aware of recent events and are discussuing action. I urge you all to keep cool and not do anything drastic.

It's good to be back to teaching classes after so long. I can't tell you how much I appreciate my students...all of them...
That being said, I'm taking a page from Remus and Sirius and making a list of those in my classes that also read this journal.

What the hell is this? I only feel like my illness is getting worse...I've lived with this my whole life, I thought I knew its twists and turns, its patterns...and yet here I am, coughing my lungs up.
I apologize to all of my students, but it cannot be helped. I have to take another medical leave.

Oh bother. There will be a sub for the Kido and Water/Elemental classes for the beginning of the week next week. I need to spend time in my room recovering. My lungs are acting up something awful...

Greetings students! My name is Jushirou Ukitake and I have been selected by this academy to teach it's Basic Kido as well as it's Water and Lightning Elemental classes. While I am by no means considered an expert in said elements, my Kido skills are well spoken of in the Seireitei, a reputation that has led me here to train you all in its many practical uses.
Good luck! And if you have any questions, feel free to ask! OH, and by the way, for all students...what is your favorite candy?
